The theory every TRYBE practice rests on: the nervous system, trauma, perception and relationship. The depth that Foundation Training only touches.
The whole Foundation in one course: all seven foundation disciplines felt in the body across three days, with the theory you need to practise them and the ethics and safety that run through every TRYBE session. Or take the same ground in two parts: Breathwork and Grounding.
Breath as a language: awareness, rhythm, diaphragmatic mobility, regulation and titrated practice, taught in the EEI method, with the ethics and safety module that runs through every Foundation course. One of the two parts of the Foundation; with Grounding, Rebalancing and Movement it equals Foundation Training.
The three disciplines every session rests on, taught to facilitation depth: grounding as the base and the return point, tension rebalancing to restore tone, yoga-informed movement to prepare the body for deeper work. One of the two parts of the Foundation; with Breathwork: Foundation Practices it equals Foundation Training.
Consent-based supportive touch in facilitation: the neuroscience, the choreography of asking, and when not to touch at all.
Integrating TRYBE across a professional practice: session arc, role pathways, scope, supervision and the standards that go with representing the method.
Facilitating neurogenic tremor as a natural discharge mechanism: readiness, titration, pendulation, containment and integration, with observed facilitation to complete.
Advanced breath techniques for deep tension release, embodied presence and autonomic attenuation, with screening, titration at depth and observed facilitation to complete.
A half-day once a year that keeps every completion current: an ethics and safety update, practice together, and peer reflection on the year's work.
