Return to the feet of the master
To return to the feet of the master is not to become a disciple, but to remember the part of ourselves that already knows.
TRYBE is a response to a world that is learning to feel again—and to perceive differently. It is not merely a set of techniques, but a way of meeting the growing hunger for presence in a culture that has trained many people to leave themselves behind.
The TRYBE Method is not a rigid proprietary system. It is a living framework—one that shapes the facilitator as much as the facilitator shapes its expression. It does not ask us to fix what is broken, but to remember what is whole.
TRYBE draws from many wells—neuroscience, somatics, trauma theory, yoga, bodywork, contemplative practice, and right-hemisphere knowing. It brings together structure and spontaneity, rhythm and release, discipline and surrender.
This handbook is written for those who want to support the return of embodied presence in others. Whether you are a yoga teacher, coach, psychotherapist, bodyworker, or someone called to hold space in an attuned and grounded way, TRYBE is designed to help you do so with greater clarity, structure, and care.
